Craig D. Davis was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1996. Mr. Davis graduated from Texas Tech University with a Juris Doctor Degree in 1995 and a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Business from Baylor University in 1991. Mr. Davis joined the law firm in 1996 and has been a general practitioner in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex utilizing his education and experience assisting in various areas of law. Mr. Davis has primarily focused on the bankruptcy practice of the law firm, in both consumer and business Bankruptcy Law.
Mr. Davis’ experience and knowledge enabled him to become one of the only bankruptcy attorneys in the Northern District of Texas who has successfully argued and won a case before a six-panel judge en banc hearing before the Federal Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Davis is an active member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys as well as the local Debtors’ Bar Association.
